Honey and Gold Bakehouse

Order Terms and Conditions

  • Your initial deposit of 50% reserves your event date and is non-refundable. Your deposit can only be transferred to a different date upon approval.

  • Honey and Gold Bakehouse must receive the remaining balance by the due date indicated on the invoice or the contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.

  • The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style, or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be made.

  • Delivery and Setup fees are included in the final total located on the invoice.

  • Honey and Gold Bakehouse and its workers (delivery team) are not responsible for any damages to the cake after delivery/setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are Heavy and require a sturdy table to sit on.

  • Cakes should be stored and setup in a cool room at all times. Honey and Gold Bakehouse uses Buttercream for all cakes, meaning there is a good chance of the cake melting if stored in a room that’s to warm. Please make sure cakes are in a room with a temp of 70 degrees or below.  We do not recommend displaying cakes outside especially in very warm summer months. Cake should be refrigerated until about an hour before its going to be served.

  • If you or a representative elect to pick up and setup the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Honey and Gold Bakehouse.

  • On occasion, we will photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

  • Honey and Gold Bakehouse products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

  • Local delivery and set up is $15.  Outside of the 10-mile radius, we can deliver and set up for a fee based on the miles and distance round trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that the event location is open and available for set up at the appointment time. Should Honey and Gold Bakehouse or its workers (delivery team) must wait at the site for the event to be opened, you will be billed for the time at a rate of $25 per 15 minutes that must be paid before the setup of your cake.
